Our Team

Dawsons employ approximately 130 staff, all selected for their drive to succeed and their desire to be part of a winning team. Many staff members have worked with the original partners for over 20 years and all have a high skill level and unrivalled local market knowledge. Dawsons refuses to compromise when it comes to staff and have always been committed to employing only the very best people in our local market places.

Our Journey

Formed in 1991 and having celebrated 30 years of success in 2021, Swansea's largest Independent Estate Agent currently has 8 major sales branches at Swansea, Mumbles, Morriston, Sketty, Killay, Gorseinon, Llanelli Town Centre and more recently Swansea Marina.

There are 5 dedicated Residential Lettings offices in Swansea centre, Mumbles, Morriston, Llanelli town centre and more recently within the very popular Swansea Marina.

We also boast Swansea's only dedicated Land and New Homes office, based at Swansea's prestigious Meridian Quay development on the Marina.

A Survey, Valuation and Professional Services team also operates out of Swansea encompassing all types of valuation work, Commercial Sales and Auctions.

Dawsons celebrated 30 years in business in 2021, winning numerous accolades through the decades, 2023 being no exception with all our branches being awarded exceptional rating in both Sales & Lettings in this year's EA Masters (Estate Agents Masters), estate and letting agent of the year at the Property Reporter Awards and more recently achieving community champion of the year alongside Best Regional Agent at the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) Awards in November 2023. 2024 has seen Dawsons achieve DOUBLE GOLD for both Sales and Lettings for the 5^th consecutive year, sealing our service and brand as ‘consistently exceptional’, and awarded the DOUBLE GOLD listing in the 2024 Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG).

Our Community and Charity Commitments

At Dawsons we are so very proud to be involved in ‘All Things Community’ alongside of our role in the property industry carrying out ‘All Things Property’, we take great pride in the community and charities we support through our working day.  

We are extremely proud to announce at the Relocation Agent Network Awards in November 2023, Dawsons were once again awarded with the Best in Region award for the South Wales region, and also achieved the Community Champion Award 2023. This accolade speaks volumes for the part we play in our branch communities alongside the wider national network working together at the heart of the business to not only assist our clients in All Things Property but in All Things Community and Charity too.
